Milk Bun with Sausage and Cheese

I don't really weigh my ingredient for Bread making... Making 3 times per week for the last 8 mths I can tell you that I am very confident on my bread and bun.

I enjoy seeing the dough dancing in the machine.  Enjoy the rising process too...

To ensure the bun is fluffy all we need to do is to knead longer... 

After seeing the dough become shining and smooth is the right time to let it rise.

I need about 1 hr to make the dough chubby.

Adding extra flour to ensure the dough don't stick on our hand.

I will cut my dough into 12 portions.

Roll it with sausage and add cheese on top of the bun.

Wait it to rise for another 30 mins

Bring into oven and bake for 20 mins or until it is browish.

Brush it with butter so that they will look shiny and yummy!

Recipe :- 3/4 cup of Milk, 2 cups of Bread flour, 3 tbsp of Sugar, 30 gm of Butter, 1 tsp of salt and 1.5 tsp of yeast.
