Honey Orange Chiffon Vs Old Fashion Butter Cake

Made a Honey Chiffon cake for my SIL's family,

As her hb cannot take too sweet stuff, I tot honey and fresh orange should be a good replacement from sugar and milk.  Sound so much healthier right...  Anyway end product is so light but too moist, think I need to reduce on the juice or bake longer.

The above is a bit too light for my liking I decided to make a butter cake.

But I change a bit due to I only have Unsalted Butter and don't know what is Vanilla, so I replacing it with vanilla extract.

Butter cake turn out to be more fluffy and moist compare to the one I did early this month.

Brought some for my colleagues and they are said that is yummy!

Think people will think that I am crazy to make 2 cakes in a night about 2.5hrs.  With more practice I can actually reduce the things to wash as well as the baking process.  Very proud of myself.
