Here are the recipe :-
2/3 cup of hot water
2 cups of bread flour
40g of Butter
3 tbsp of sugar
1.5 tsp of yeast
2 tbsp of milk powder
Let the ingredient rest for at least 30 mins to 1 hour
Set the dough mode and do a cycle.
Set to fast bake and stop baking 10 mins before completing the cycle.
I will bake the bread in the evening, after baking let it cool down before storing into an air tight box.
