Chicken Floss Chiffon Cake
Wanted to make a salty sweet Chiffon Cake, so bought some chicken floss and start making this cake.
The end result is good, cake is eaten up by the family within a day. Only thing I am not happy is I add the chicken floss in between the batter but the top batter push the floss to 1 end. The end product is not as good looking as I wanted.
On the 2nd day I made a Chocolate cake, try baking half of the batter for 10 mins and add extra chocolate chips on the centre of the cake and continue baking with the remaining batter, the result was good.
Here are my recipe :-
4 TBSP Oil
5 Yolks + 1 whole egg
6 TBSP Milk
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 TSP Salt
1 Cup Cake Flour
1 TSP Baking Powder
6 TBSP Sugar
5 Egg White
1/8 TSP Cream of Tar Tar
5 TBSP Sugar
Fill up centre Layer with Chicken Floss
